All About Caring Inc., is open for operations 19 hours per day, 7-days per week. Hours of operations are 05:00am to 12:00am midnight.
All About Caring Inc. offers 100% virtual consultations contract preparation and execution. All staff, once hired, will provide in-person services.
All About Caring Inc. will recruit competent, qualified, client-centred staff. Staffing Includes: Nurse Practitioners (Locum Coverage), Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, Personal Support Workers and Developmental Support Worker. All staff must attend All About Caring Inc., orientation, and training prior to working at any organisation. Ongoing management of staff will include annual staff reviews and professional development as mutually identified by staff and management. Onboard and supports will include:
- Staff that can legally work in Canada.
- Verification of skills and employment background; in good standing with regulatory college
- Staff demonstrate a fulsome understanding of All About Caring Inc., i.e., Mission, Vision and Values
- Staff have knowledge of the organisation they will be working in prior to deployment.
- Completed annual performance review and feedback.
- Police and vulnerable sector check where applicable
- Mentorship and goal setting for all staff
